Our mission is to empower students from K-12 across various educational settings—including public, charter, home, and private schools—by leveraging sports, team activities, and physical education programs.

Our Programs

Flag Football

Our youth flag football programs create a supportive environment for young athletes to learn the game’s fundamentals. With a 6-week league where everyone plays, our programs are designed for ages 6-14. Practices are held on game days before the game, and there are no tryouts.
  • Ages: 6-14
  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Focus: Fundamentals, teamwork, and fun
  • Practices: Held on game days

Flag Football Packages

Flag Only: $300
  • Description: This option typically includes participation in games only.
  • Frequency: Game days, without additional practices or training.
  • Ideal For: Players who want to engage in the sport casually or have other commitments that limit their time.
1 Time a Week (plus flag): $400
  • Description: Includes one training session per week along with game participation.
  • Frequency: One training session each week, plus games.
  • Benefits: This option is great for players looking to improve their skills while still keeping a manageable schedule. It provides some training to develop teamwork and techniques.
Training 2 Times a Week (plus flag): $500
  • Description: This includes two training sessions per week in addition to games.
  • Frequency: Two training sessions per week, plus games.
  • Benefits: This is ideal for players who are serious about developing their skills and understanding the game. More training means more opportunities for improvement, teamwork, and conditioning.

Cheer Academy

Cheer Academy provides comprehensive instruction in sideline cheerleading, competitive cheerleading, dance, stunting, and tumbling. We offer year-round classes and clinics for athletes aged 6-17, emphasizing skill development in a fun and safe environment.
  • Ages: 6-17
  • Focus: Sideline and competitive cheerleading, dance, stunting, and tumbling
  • Availability: Year-round classes and clinics

Tumbling Classes

Our Tumbling 101 classes are perfect for beginners. We cover essential skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs, with no prior experience necessary.
  • Skill Level: Beginner
  • Skills Covered: Forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs

Fitness Training

Our fitness training program is designed to prepare the next generation of student-athletes for success both on and off the field. We focus on coordination, movement, and proper techniques for various sports, offering individual and group sessions for students in grades 3-12.
  • Ages: Grades 3-12
  • Focus: Coordination, movement, and athletic techniques
  • Session Length: 60 minutes
  • Availability: Individual and group sessions upon request

Fitness Training Packages

Platinum Package
  • Details: 3 days a week of 60-minute group training sessions
  • Cost: $1500 for 12 weeks
Gold Package
  • Details: 2 days a week of 60-minute training sessions
  • Cost: $1000 for 12 weeks
Silver Package
  • Details: 1 day a week of 60-minute training sessions
  • Cost: $500 for 12 weeks
